Customised Cardboard Drink Coasters
- We ONLY use 390GSM Uncoated Beermat Board, approx 1mm thick.
- We import our beer mat board from Sweden, which is specifically designed for absorbing liquid, obtained from a mill that is a non-integrated board mill certified to the international standard of sustainability.

To further protect our environment, we only use food-grade inks.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 500 units per size per design
Sizes: Round – 95mm, Square with Round Edges – 95 x 95mm. Irregular shapes and sizes available upon request
Time Frame (excluding delivery): 15-20 working days from the date of artwork approval
Artwork Requirements: Free if supplied in print-ready format (high-resolution PDF file with 2.5ml bleed), otherwise $88.00 excl GST fee applies for artwork proofing.
Printing: We pride ourselves on our high-resolution printing process.
- 1 to 4 colours CMYK print available in one-side or two-side printing.
- CMYK and PMS colour match available.
- CCI (Computer Colour Integration) that guarantees the printing on our coaster to be as sharp and vibrant as possible.

QR Codes Printed on our Coasters
Coasters with QR codes are dispatched from our factory but only after an additional precaution is adopted by us. That is that we do a digital test of the QR code to ensure it is clear, fully functional and fail-safe.
